How to Reset Netflix on Wii

Netflix is an online streaming service that can be played through a Nintendo Wii. With a Netfilx account, you can stream movies and television shows through your Wii and onto your television. Netflix keeps a history of everything you watch. If you want to erase this history, you must cancel your account and start a new one. There is no other way to reset Netflix on the Wii.

  Log into your Netflix account with your email address and password. Click "Your Account &Help." Click "Cancel Account" under the third column. Confirm the action.

  Click "Sign Up" on the Netflix homepage to create a new account. You can cancel a subscription and start a new account with a different email address. Fill out all designated fields and choose your plan and payment type.

  Power on your Wii. Hit "A" to visit the Wii Home screen. Select the Netflix button. Click "Start" and visit the website on the screen to activate your new Netflix account. Your account is then fresh and ready to start a new history or queue.
