Stand with your legs slightly more than shoulder-width apart. Grip the Wii remote with your dominant hand and hold the opposite side of the controller with your other hand.
Hold the Wii remote vertically in both hands about chest-height. Press and hold the "B" button with your index finger from your dominant hand.
Bend slightly at the knees and waist, and then lower the Wii remote to between your legs, keeping the remote in line with your body.
Swing the Wii remote forward and release the "B" button while keeping the controller straight.
