"Wii Sports Resort" features a host of participatory games, including cycling. To play, you must use your Wii's controllers to gain speed but at the same time monitor how much power you are using to ensure that your stamina lasts for the entire race. If you want to show off a little, you can also pop a wheelie with a simple wrist action.

Move off by shaking your Wii Remote, then shaking your Nunchuk.

Alternate between the two controllers as if they were drumsticks, to build speed.

Flick both controllers at the same time to pop a wheelie.
