How to Defeat the Monster on Planet 5 of Spectrobes: Orgins

Learning how to defeat the boss at the end of Planet 5, or Slayso, is required to obtain the fourth shard of the Beast King. "Spectrobes: Origins" is an action-adventure game for the Nintendo Wii which is relatively similar to the games of the "Pokemon" series. "Spectrobes: Origins" takes the monster battling aspect of Pokemon and adds in an additional role-playing game element. The monster at the end of the fifth planet is Electrox; he can be found on the rooftop of the tower. He is the same as Grapatar, who the player fights on the first floor, with a satellite attached to his body.

Instructions

  Stay close to Grapatar on the first floor to avoid its slashing and charging attacks. If you are further away from it, it can attack you repeatedly. Equip the Dongiga Axe and attack it from close range. Use Komadoros the Spectrobe if possible to increase your stats and thereby make the battle easier. If this is not possible, use Leozar or Zazanero, both of whom increase your "Attack" skill. Grapatar will flee and not be seen again until later, when he has turned into Electrox.

  Make your way to the rooftop. Electrox uses a slashing attack, the same one as Grapatar used. Avoid this attack and avoid other new attacks such as the electric attack. Stay away from the attacks where possible and look out for Electrox when he hangs off the side of the tower. This is a set-up for it to fire a powerful beam at you. Stand on a side of the tower to efficiently avoid this attack. Keep moving away from Electrox's attacks throughout the boss battle.

  Use different Spectrobes to fight Electrox. Strong Spectrobes such as Dongiga and Totegarda with a high attack rating are best for this fight. Totegarda is the evolved form of Totemoon and Dongiga evolves from Dongora. Target Electrox's legs whilst it is attacking you. This is the most efficient method of bringing the boss down.

  Keep fighting through Electrox's attacks. Targeting the legs is vital, but avoiding attacks where possible will give you the best chance of succeeding. Try your best to stay away from the body slam attack, which Electrox jumps forwards to perform, but realize that this attack is virtually unavoidable.

  Grab the shard of the Beast King when you have defeated Electrox. This is the fourth shard of the Beast King found on the game.
