The ice hockey simulation "NHL 2k10" for the Nintendo Wii offers players four potential control schemes with which to play the game: Wii Remote held sideways, Wii Remote with Nunchuk, Wii Remote with MotionPlus and Nunchuk and finally the Classic Controller. The Classic Controller is styled very similar to contemporary video game controllers and uses no motion sensing technology. Every button on the standard configuration in "NHL 2k10" is remapped to a different button on the Classic Controller, leading to some confusion trying to figure out what button is assigned to an action. It is possible to perform every aspect of the game using the Classic Controller, including changing lines.
