How to Punch Dinosaurs in Jurassic: The Hunted for a Wii

"Jurassic: The Hunted" is a first-person shooter game from Activision that brings dinosaurs into the firing line. It has been many years since the "Jurassic Park" films and associated games and "Turok: Dinosaur Hunter" were released. If you've been missing the thrill of emptying magazines into extinct reptiles, "Jurassic: The Hunted" is a welcome return. But there's no need to stop at bullets -- this game allows you to take your frustration out on the beasts with your fists.

Instructions

  Press "Left" or "Right" on the D-pad. Continue pressing until you have the pistol weapon equipped. Other weapons will allow you to perform other types of melee attacks, but only the pistol will allow you to punch.

  Switch weapons with the Wii Zapper by pressing "C" and simultaneously pressing left or right on the control stick.

  Move in close enough to the dinosaur to allow it to attack you with its claws. If you are facing a number of them, try to stand so that the dinosaurs are lined up one behind the other. This means that only one can attack you at a time.

  Thrust the Wii-remote forward to perform the punch. Do this repeatedly as fast as you can to batter the dinosaur to the ground before it kills you.
