Power down your Nintendo DS. Remove the DS game cartridges and the GBA game cartridges from your handheld console. Insert the Action Replay into the slot for DS game cartridges. Hold the "Pokemon Diamond" cartridge so that the label is facing you. Place the DS cartridge into the only slot of Action Replay.
Use the switch to power on the Nintendo DS. After about half a minute, the Action Replay title screen will appear on your screen. Wait for Action Replay to recognize the DS game cartridge as "Pokemon Diamond."
Press "A" to confirm the title of the DS game cartridge. On the touch screen of your Nintendop DS, you will see the green asterisk. Select this icon. On the menu, choose "Add New Code." Action Replay will prompt you to name your cheat.
Name the cheat "Jirachi" or another name that will make the cheat easy to identify. Double-check the name to make sure that you didn't make any mistakes. Select "Next" once you're done. After confirming the name of the cheat, Action Replay will prompt you to enter a code.
Use the D-pad to enter the code for the Jirachi cheat: 94000130 fffb0000 d5000000 00000181 b21c4d28 00000000 b0000004 00000000 c0000000 0000000b d7000000 00024620 dc000000 00000006 d2000000 00000000. Press "Next" to confirm and activate the code.
Touch "Go" on the following screen. You will return to the title screen of Action Replay. Select "Go" on the title screen to play "Pokemon Diamond" with cheats enabled. Once you load your save file, and press "L" and "R" simultaneously. In your "Bag," you will have 493 Master Balls. Discard 108 of the 493 Master Balls. A Jirachi will attack you if you hold "L" for a few seconds. Catch the Jirachi with a Master Ball.
