How to Get the WAD Manager Channel

You can softmod your Wii to run alternate applications, including backup games, programs to backup your saved games and watch videos and movies. To install applications and channels you need to use a WAD Manager. You can place the files on either an SD card or a USB device to run the program. Once you install WAD Manager, you have total access to expand your Wii's capabilities.

  Download WAD Manager from Media Fire.

  Insert your SD card into your computer, then double-click "Computer" on the desktop. Right-click your SD card, then select "Format" to erase the contents of the drive.

  Double-click your SD card, then right-click and click "New Folder" and name it WAD.

  Double-click the "Apps" folder and create a new folder named "Wad Manager."

  Extract the contents the WAD Manager archive to the folder named "Wad Manager."

  Open Homebrew on your Wii and select Wad Manager. You can now install WADs on your Wii. If you find a WAD you want to install, re-insert the SD card in your computer and place the WADs in the newly created WAD folder from previous steps.
