How to Use Cheat Codes in The Sims 2: Castaway for Wii

"The Sims 2: Castaway" provides players with the opportunity to create and control a Sim character as he attempts to survive on a remote tropical island after being washed ashore during a shipwreck. Although island life is difficult, players always ease a Sim's troubles by entering cheat codes that unlock all the blueprints for island tools, give your Sim a boost to his mood or even unlock an exclusive outfit. All cheat codes are regulated through an item called the Cheat Gnome.

Instructions

  Enter a residential lot on any of the islands.

  Press "B," "Z," "Up," "Down" and "B" in quick succession to spawn the Cheat Gnome.

  Walk to the part of the island where the Cheat Gnome is located. Each island has a unique location for the Cheat Gnome. Look for the Cheat Gnome near the boulder at Pier Beach, near some rocks in the sea at West Beach and on the first beach your character arrived at, between two trees.

  Enter additional cheat codes, such as "Left," "Right," "Left," "Right" and "A" to maximize resources and food.

  Press the "A" button to interact with the Cheat Gnome. This will bring up a menu allowing you to pick which cheats you would like to activate. Interact with the Cheat Gnome again if you would like to turn any cheats off.
