How to Ledge Hop in Super Smash Bros. Brawl

"Super Smash Brothers Brawl" (SSBB) is a fighting game developed by Nintendo and released for the Nintendo Wii in 2008. SSBB is the third entry in the series and features 35 iconic video game characters to choose from. With the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection, players can compete in competitive online matches where advanced offensive and defensive techniques are necessary, in order to survive. Ledge-hopping is an advanced technique used to attack quickly, while hanging from the edge of a stage.

     Grab onto a ledge while falling. Your character will automatically grab ledges when within range. Do not pull yourself up.

     Hang from the ledge until your opponent gets close to you.

   • 3

     Press "Down" on the analog stick and the "Jump" button simultaneously.

   • 4

     Attack your opponent with an aerial move using the "B" button immediately after hopping up from the ledge.
