How to Control Pikachu's Final Smash

In "Super Smash Bros. Brawl," Pikachu may be small, but he is one of the strongest combatants in the game. His electric attacks paralyze and stun foes, allowing you to knock them out of the battlefield. Pikachu's Final Smash, Volt Tackle, is his most powerful attack. Volt Smash transforms Pikachu into a giant orb of electricity. This electric ball moves erratically, but it is possible to control it. This is useful for knocking out your foes with a single hit.

     Pick up a Smash Ball to gain the ability to do a Final Smash. Smash Balls appear randomly throughout the stage.

     Press the "1" and "2" buttons simultaneously to execute the Volt Smash attack.

     Press the D-Pad in the direction you want Pikachu to go. Pikachu flies in the general direction you specify. Aim at your foes to knock them off the screen.
