How to Defeat the Robot Pirate in Epic Mickey

In "Epic Mickey," Mickey Mouse is magically transported to an alternate version of Disneyland. In this world, dangerous creatures have taken over and are threatening the existence of the cartoon characters who live there. Mickey must travel to each region to free the area from the grasp of enemies. In the jungle area, one of the first enemies you encounter is the robot pirate. This nautical menace seems to have no weaknesses, but finding the gap in his armor is the key to his defeat.

Instructions

  Collect enough thinner to fill your Thinner Meter completely. Bottles of thinner are found in crates and jars. Defeated enemies also drop them.

  Aim at the robot pirate. Hold down the "Z" button to shoot thinner at it. Dodge the pirate's spin attack and then resume shooting it with thinner. When the robot's armor disintegrates, he is stunned.

  Run up to the robot pirate. Face the glowing green gem on his stomach and shake the Wii remote to perform a spin attack.
- 4
  Repeat this process two more times to destroy the robot pirate.
