How to Unlock ASH in SSBB

If you're a Pokemon fan, you're finally able to pit your favorite Pokemon against other Nintendo characters in "Super Smash Bros. Brawl." In the game, a young man called the "Pokemon Trainer" gives battle orders to his three party members, Squirtle, Charizard and Ivysaur. The Pokemon Trainer's real name is Ash Ketchum; he's the main character from the "Pokemon" television show. Ash is available as a starting character; all you need to do to use him is select him from the fighters roster.

Instructions

  Insert the "Super Smash Bros. Brawl" game into the Wii. When the game loads, select a mode, such as Subspace Emissary or Event Match. Choose the number of players.

  Scroll to the right on the character roster until you are highlighting Pikachu. Scroll down one block to P. Trainer. Select P. Trainer, also known as Ash. Press "Start" to begin battling.

  Press "Down" and "B" together while in battle to switch Ash's Pokemon. Press the "A" button, and then press the control stick in the direction you want to attack, to execute your Smash Attack. Your three Pokemon will join forces to damage everyone on the screen.
