SpongeBob Wii Games

As of 2011, there were six "SpongeBob SquarePants" games on the interactive Wii system. SpongeBob is the central figure of a Nickelodeon cartoon series set under the sea in Bikini Bottom. More often than not, SpongeBob has to figure his way out of a predicament with the help of his pals Patrick and Sandy. All of the Wii games are rated E, for everyone, as the series is geared toward children. Comic mischief is the only listed disclaimer.

"SpongeBob SquigglePants"
- Hosted by Patchy the Pirate, SpongeBob's self-professed biggest fan, "SpongeBob Squiggle Pants" challenges the gamer with over 100 fast-moving mini games. This one-player game requires uDraw, an interactive drawing tablet, which is not included with the original console package. The uDraw tablet not only supports game play, but gamers use it to create their own artwork. SD-card supports allow users to save, share and print items off the game.
"SpongeBob's Boating Bash"
- The game's tag line, "Demolish or Be Demolish," sums up the action of this four-player derby game. Players smash into each other's boats to eliminate other characters. Players have over 100 customizations for their boat, and nine Bikini Bottom characters from which to choose. Mrs. Puff is a bonus character available only on the Wii version.
"SpongeBob's Truth or Square"
- SpongeBob and Plankton, SpongeBob's nemesis, must recover the lost Krabby Patty formula in this two-player adventure game. The levels of this linearly structured game are based on SpongeBob's 10 happiest memories, which are based on actual episodes. A few of the worlds players will encounter are Bikini Bottom, Jelly Fish Fields and the Krusty Krab. The game is compatible with Wii MotionPlus. The sensitive motion detector allows players to swing large mallets at obstacles on the screen, or spin SpongeBob around like a large propeller.
"SpongeBob SquarePants featuring Nicktoons: Globs of Doom"
- SpongeBob joins the rest of the Nicktoons to battle the Morphoids in this two-player game. Gamers choose from five heroes or five villains from cartoons series such as "Jimmy Neutron" and "Danny Phantom," but fight on the same side. It can also be played by one player against the Wii. World and level settings draw from various Nicktoon's cartoons, not just the SpongeBob universe.
"SpongeBob's Atlantis SquarePantis"
- SpongeBob seeks "The World's Oldest Bubble" after he and his friend, Patrick, discover an amulet that will lead them to the lost city of Atlantis. The character lineup includes SpongeBob, Patrick, Sandy, Squidward, Mr. Krabs and Plankton. In addition to the main game, gamers participate in mini-games in the "Amoeba Arcade" and dress SpongeBob in different outfits. The game also includes the episode "Atlantis SquarePantis."
"SpongeBob SquarePants: Creature from the Krusty Krab"
- This single-player game was the first SpongeBob title on the Wii. The player fights through nine levels in Bikini Bottom as various characters from the cartoon series, including SpongeBob, Plankton and Patrick. The action isn't all under the sea as gamers may be required to make their characters sky dive or race hot rods.
