How to Get the Contact Lens in Paper Mario

"Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door" is a Mario-series video game released for the Nintendo GameCube in 2004. In "Paper Mario," you must travel to Rogue Island in order to help Princess Peach find a mystical treasure. The contact lens belongs to Zess T, a skilled Toadstool Chef located on the island, to the west of Rogueport Square. Mario accidentally squishes her contact lens, and you must replace it to continue in the game.

     Travel to Rogueport's Main Square. Walk to the left of the square to encounter Zess T. You will accidentally crush her contact lens.

     Enter the Item Shop in Rogueport's Main Square.

     Talk to Thriff T. He will order another contact lens for you.

   • 4

     Wait for the contact lens to arrive. You cannot continue your quest until the contact lens arrives, so check the Item Shop for it periodically.
