The Indiana Jones Wii Game & Pankot Secrets

"Lego Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures" for the Nintendo Wii features locations and plot points from the original "Indiana Jones" trilogy, with the characters and landscapes recreated in Lego block form. In "Pankot Secrets," you must first traverse the jungle and then find your way through Pankot Palace to the secret caves where the Thugees worship.

Handy Elephants
- Hop on the elephants you see at the beginning of the stage. You must use these to cross patches of quicksand that you sink into otherwise. Elephants will also kill snakes, bugs and other critters that can damage your characters. Use the elephant to pick up boxes that you can use to assemble a platform. Indy uses this platform to snag a bridge with his whip. This allows you to cross the chasm.
Monkeying Around
- Further down the corridor, have Indy grab a banana off a tree on the left side. Go further up and toss this banana to a monkey sitting on the wall. He will throw you a key, which allows you to open a gate blocking your path. Ride elephants to the top of the hill and onto a button on the ground. Dismount the elephants and move the characters onto some nearby buttons. This will open the door to Pankot Palace.
Palace Entrance
- Take out guards that attack you in the first room and then ring the bell with your whip to get a key. Grab a part on the center of the table too. Use these items to build and turn the crank on the left side of the room. This will reveal a switch that opens the door. Go into the first bedroom and have Willie scream to break the glass and retrieve a book. Push the shrubbery to the side in the hallway to reveal a glyph panel. Use the book to decipher it and open a new passage. Go into the second bedroom. Use Indy to get onto the bed and then whip across to a switch, which drops some Lego pieces. Assemble these to build a statue. Pull the statue to reveal a passage into the caves.
Booby Trap
- Pull a double switch with Indy and Shortround to open the room with hundreds of bugs. Indy must escort Willie across this area, and then you use all three characters to step on buttons to open the door. Pull a switch to start the famous booby trap from "Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom." When it starts moving two skeletons will fall. Smash them and place boxes they leave behind under the spikes to stop them from crushing you. Assemble more pieces into a statue to open the door out of this room.
