Wii Web Games

With a built in Wi-Fi connector, the Nintendo Wii is a great option for online play. There are many Wii games with online functionality, with some only offering online scoreboards, and others offering full online play. Try one of these four titles for innovative, fun gameplay with full online multi-player capacity on the Wii.
  1. "Mario Kart Wii"

    • "Mario Kart Wii" is the Wii version of the classic "Mario Kart" series. It fully supports the Wiimote through use of a plastic steering wheel that houses the remote, though it can be played without it. Play with up to four players at home, or up to 11 players online. Rated "E," for everyone.

    "Super Smash Bros. Brawl"

    • One of the only fighting options for the Wii, "Super Smash Bros. Brawl" is an excellent addition to the "Smash Bros." series. With all new characters, full support of the GameCube controller and various Wiimote setup options, "Brawl" is an excellent, zany bash-fest that offers both entry level play for newbies and master level play for competitive players. Online play is enabled for up to four players, but friend codes are required for 1v1 online play. Rated "T," for teen.

    "Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom"

    • An excellent addition to the Capcom "Vs" series, "Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom" pairs the Capcom characters you know and love with Japanese anime characters that you probably don't. While not as popular as the "Marvel Vs. Capcom" series, "Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom" is your only option for "Vs" fighting on the Wii. Online 1v1 play is enabled with random matches with or without rank, friend matches, and rival play. Rated "T," for teen.

    "Tetris Party Deluxe"

    • With more than 20 modes of play and online battles, "Tetris Party Deluxe" brings the game you couldn't get enough of on your classic NES to your Wii. If you loved playing Tetris as a kid, chances are you still are going to love it. Supports up to four players simultaneously with online multi-player enabled, and even offers occasional online tournaments. Rated "E," for everyone.
