Wii Dart Games

The motion controls of the Nintendo Wii lend themselves to sports and recreational games. Several titles feature darts as the major component or as part of a collection of games. These require you to hold the Wii remote like a dart and move it forward in a throwing motion. Many of these titles offer several varieties of dart games and allow multiplayer action.
  1. PDC World Championship Darts

    • You can challenge 16 of the best darters in the world in "PDC World Championship Darts." This game offers four play modes, including "Tournament," "Exhibition," "Career" and "Party Games," which you can play alone or with friends. This 2009 title also offers three difficulty modes when taking on the computer opponents, whose abilities are culled from actual dart tournament averages of the masters.

    Dart Rage

    • Available for download on the WiiWare service, "Dart Rage" includes several varieties of the game, including 301-901, Baseball, Poker and Cricket. A commentator announces the action in this 2010 game, which includes a versus mode that allows you to take on your friends and a single-player mode in which you compete against the computer.

    Game Party

    • Expand your repertoire of virtual recreational games with "Game Party." This 2007 title includes not only darts, but also more than half a dozen games like table hockey, trivia contest, skeeball, shuffleboard, beer pong and hoop shoot. The dart component includes a handful of varieties of the game, most of which you unlock through play.

    Rec Room Games

    • Another large party game collection, "Rec Room Games" provides 20 games on the disc. Classic games such as air hockey, table tennis, beanbag toss and table soccer complement the dart component of the 2009 title. The game offers both single player and up to four player gaming options. The darts component includes the most popular varieties like Cricket and 301.
