How Do You Select the Day for the Activity Log on Wii Fit?

Wii Fit is a video game that helps people exercise and get into shape. Using fun games and activities, people can lose weight and get in shape in their living room. Wii Fit also includes an activity log where you can record your other exercises that you have done throughout the day besides using Wii Fit. This way your personal "trainer" on the video game will take into account the other activities you have done. Unfortunately, you can only log activities on the same day you complete them.

Instructions

      Begin Wii Fit. Choose your Mii from the plaza and click "Start."

      Go to Charts. This can be found in the lower left corner of the calendar screen. The icon appears to be a graph.

      Select the "Fit Credits" icon from the top of the graph and press the "A" button on the Wii remote. Select "Activity Log" and press "A" again.

      When prompted, confirm that you want to add outside exercise. There is no way of choosing which day you took part in the outside exercise and the game will record your exercise based on the day you entered it.

      Choose the level of activity performed -- light, normal or hard. Wii Fit will give you examples of each activity level to help you decide.

      Click the "A" button and enter the amount of time you spent exercising. Click "Okay" to save the activity in your activity log.

      When asked, select "Yes" if you want to add more outside exercise. Otherwise, choose "No" to return to the previous screen.
