How to Put a CISO onto a WBFS Drive

An ISO file is an image of a game disc for computers or video-game consoles. A CISO, which is a compressed ISO file, needs to be decompressed into an ISO file before it can be loaded onto the WBFS manager (a homebrew program that allows ISO files to be loaded onto a USB drive for play in a Nintendo Wii). The Nintendo Wii must be modified with the Homebrew Channel and USB Loader GX before attempting this.

Things You'll Need

Navigate to the WBFS Manager website (see Resources) and click on the "Downloads" page. Click the "Download" link for the WBFS Manager. Choose a directory to install the WBFS Manager program to. Open the program and click on the "Drive" drop-down menu. Select your USB or external drive and click the "Format" button.
