Insert a USB drive or external drive into an available USB port on your computer. Click on "My Computer" and find your drive. Right-click on the drive and click in the box "FAT32" and "Quick Format." Click the "Start" button to format it.
Navigate to the WBFS Manager website (see Resources) and click on the "Downloads" page. Click the "Download" link for the WBFS Manager. Extract the program and install it by double-clicking on the setup or install file. Follow the on-screen prompts and click "Next" when prompted. Choose a directory to install the WBFS Manager program to. Open the program and click on the "Drive" drop-down menu. Select your USB or external drive and click the "Format" button. This formats and partitions your USB to be used with the WBFS manager and so it can be read by the USB Loader GX homebrew application on your Wii.
Navigate to the Google Code website (see Resources) and click "Download" to download the Wii Backup manager program. Install the program by clicking on the setup file and choosing "Next" when prompted.
Open the Wii Backup manager and click "Files." Click "Add" and find the CISO file in your computer. Cursor over it and click on it to select it. Click "OK" to open it.
Click on the "Transfer" link in the "Files" tab. Move your cursor onto the ISO file and click it. Click on a directory to save the converted ISO file to and click "OK."
Open the WBFS Manager and load your USB or external drive (if it is not already loaded) by clicking on your USB drive letter from the drive drop-down menu. Click "Load," then "Browse." Browse for your converted ISO and click on it to load it. Click the "Add to Drive" button to load the Wii ISO onto your USB drive or external drive.
Eject the USB or external hard drive from your computer when you're done loading games onto it. Plug the USB drive or external drive into your Wii and access the games through the USB loader GX homebrew application or a similar USB loading program.
