How to Downgrade a Wii System Without HBC

The Nintendo Wii is a seventh-generation gaming console that offers wireless gaming, multi-player functionality and multimedia support. Every several months, Nintendo offers firmware upgrades through the Wii Shop channel or the Wii main menu that you can download. The Nintendo Homebrew Channel (HBC) offers the ability to reverse upgrades, though you can also do them through the Wii system main menu. Within a few steps, you can reverse any upgrades you have downloaded that you are not satisfied with.
