How to Connect a Wii to a Dial Up

The Nintendo Wii gaming console is an entertainment device which uses wireless controls and a motion bar to detect "Wii-mote" movements. If you want to play online, receive news from the Nintendo community or receive software updates, an Internet connection needs to be established. If you are running on a dial-up connection, accessing the many applications with Nintendo -- such as the Nintendo Channel and Netflix -- will require you to manually set up a connection using your dial-up service.
