      Flip the Wii remote over to locate the battery compartment.

      Remove the battery cover.

      Use the "+" and "-" labels in the battery bay to help you install the batteries correctly. Insert the "-" end first when inserting new batteries and remove the plus "+" end first when replacing the batteries.

      Replace the battery cover to complete the installation.
