Copy Wii Fit Information
Insert an SD card into the memory card slot in the Nintendo Wii console.
Turn on the Wii and television.
Select the "Wii Settings" icon from the bottom left of the screen.
Click "Data Management," and then select "Wii Channels."
Select the Wii Channel that has all your Wii Fit information that you would like to copy. Click "Copy."
Select "Yes" to copy the Wii Channel information to the SD card.
Remove the SD card from the Wii console and insert it into the new Wii console's memory card slot.
Select the "SD Card Menu" icon.
Select the copied Wii Fit Channel from the list. Press the "A" button on the remote to open the saved data. Select "Start" to run the Wii Channel.
Synchronizing the Wii Balance Board
Insert the "Wii Fit" disc into the console's disc tray.
Select the Disc Channel from the Wii Menu with the remote. Select "Start" to begin the game.
Open the cover on the memory card slot on the front of the console. Then remove the battery cover on the bottom of the Wii Balance Board.
Press and release the "SYNC" button beneath the battery bay on the bottom of the Wii Balance Board. The "Power" LED light will begin to blink.
Press and release the "SYNC" button on the console while the power LED light is blinking. The LED light will stop blinking when the console is synced and prepared to share data with the Wii Fit Balance Board.
