Instructions
Place the Wii console vertically or horizontally on a flat surface. If you're placing the console vertically, insert the prongs on the bottom of the console into the stand. Then firmly slide the prongs into the stand slots until you hear a click.
Insert the DC plug on the AC adapter into the "DC Input Connector" on the rear of the Wii console. Insert the other end of the AC adapter into a power outlet.
Insert the sensor bar plug into the "Sensor Bar Connector" on the rear of the console.
Place the Wii sensor bar below or above the TV screen. The front of the bar must be aligned with the front of the TV, and the center of the bar should be aligned with the center of the TV. You can mount the sensor bar to the top of the TV screen or another flat surface by removing the protective film from the bar's bottom foam pads. Add the adhesive-backed foam tape to the bottom of the bar and firmly press the adhesive to the top of the TV screen or into the entertainment center or other surface below the TV.
Insert the AV multi-out plug on the Wii AV cable into the "AV Multi-Out Connector" on the rear of the console. Insert the RCA plugs on the Wii AV cable into the television's matching "TV Input" ports. The RCA plugs are white, yellow and red; plug them into the matching white, yellow and red inputs on the TV.
Remove the battery cover from the Wii remote. Insert the two AA batteries into the battery bay. Leave the battery cover off.
Press the "Power" button on the Wii console. Then open the SD card slot cover on the front of the console.
Press and release the "SYNC" button below the batteries on the Wii remote. The console's LED will blink.
Press and release the "SYNC" button located in the SD card compartment. The LED will blink. When blinking stops, the remote is synced with the console. Repeat Steps 6 to 9 to sync additional remotes.
Power on your TV. Select the "Input/Source" option on your TV remote and change your TV to the correct input so you can view the Wii console.
Insert a game disc into the game disc slot on the front of the console. The Wii console will turn on, and you can begin playing your game.
