Duel the Sith Master with Luke using combination moves. After draining the first two hearts on the Master's health meter, he will begin using his lightening attack. During this attack, switch between Luke and Vader using quick slash moves to deal damage until you remove five more hearts.
Defeat the Imperial Guards that appear after the Master runs off. The guards are the toughest minions you will face in the game and require five hits each to defeat. Using Vader's "Force Choke" will inflict the most damage against them and will lessen the total number of hits necessary to defeat them.
Assemble the blocks near where the Master vanished to create a fan using Luke and Vader's combined force powers. Once completed, the fan will allow you to float up to the rafters where the Master is hiding.
Avoid the blocks the Master electrifies on the floor of the rafters. Trying to jump over the blocks will still electrocute you. Wait until the blocks are no longer electrified, then move to each safe block until you are close enough to attack the Master.
Attack the Master using basic combos until he starts using his lightening attack. Switch between Luke and Vader, using the same quick slash attack as before until the Master has seven hearts remaining. The Master will flee to another set of rafters, and you will face more Imperial Guards who you can defeat the same way as before.
Use Luke and Vader's combined force powers to activate the elevator and ride it up to face the Master for the final battle. Continue using the same attack methods as before until the Master has one heart left. After defeating one final set of Imperial Troops, strike the Master one last time and you will have beaten him and the game.
