How to Copy a Wii Fit

The "Wii Fit" is an exercise and fitness game for the Nintendo Wii home gaming console. As you make progress with your "Wii Fit" profile, the console will save game data to the Wii's internal hard drive. If you wanted to copy this game data to use on another Wii console or just to back up the data, you can copy the "Wii Fit" data to an SD card.
