Start the game and walk to the museum. It is easy to recognize, being the large gray building towards the north end of town.
Enter the museum and walk to the top terrace of the exhibit. Locate the second cedar tree on the right.
Press "C" to shake the tree. This will cause scarab beetles to fall out of the tree.
Pick up the beetles by clicking on them. They will be added to your inventory and you will be able to sell them.
