Walkthrough: How to Unlock Ben in Star Wars LEGO for the Wii

"LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga" for the Nintendo Wii is a unique take on the Star Wars franchise. It adds humor to the series and is accessible to all ages. In the game, when a story level is completed, Free Play mode is unlocked for that level. In Free Play mode, players can use unlocked characters anywhere in the available Star Wars timeline. Characters are unlocked through game progression, with some also requiring the use of in-game currency (LEGO studs).

Instructions

  Unlock "Episode 4: A New Hope" by completing the first three episodes.

  Get to level two: "Through the Jundland Wastes."

  Make your way to the crashed escape pod and use the Force on it to make a ramp.

  Head to the Jawa Sandcrawler. Reach the top through the use of the grappling hook and the Force. Activate the levers. Jump down and enter the sandcrawler.

  Go through the sandcrawler until you find R2D2. Free R2D2 by pushing a bomb onto the red panel in front of him. Exit the room.

  Hurry over each set of buttons to unlock levers. They activate a door to the next area.

  Use the switch to position the device over C3PO. Have R2D2 activate the panel to free C3PO.

  Use the Force on the supports to open the sandcrawler and exit.

  Get C3PO to use the moisture vaporator panels in the next area to dry up the dangerous sand. Head to the last area.

  Build the land speeder and head over to Ben Kenobi's house. Have the characters stand on the four buttons. Pull the switch and enter Ben's home. This completes the level and Ben Kenobi will now be unlocked.
