How to Log Other Exercises on Wii Fit

You can weigh yourself using the Wii balance board, get in shape by playing games designed to increase your flexibility, endurance and balance. As you progress, the Wii automatically tracks your fitness levels. If you burn calories in other ways, such as running outside, walking, playing recreational sports or even gardening or housecleaning, you can manually enter these activities in the Wii activity log. Using this log, you'll have a complete picture of your exercise routine in one centralized place.
