Log in as your Mii. If you have yet to create a Mii, do so in the main menu of the Wii before starting the game.
Choose "Training" from the menu. A prompt will remind you to remove things from your area so you do not hurt yourself.
Choose "My Wii Fit Plus" from the next menu, the Training Menu.
Select "My Routine" from this menu. This will allow you customize your routine.
Choose the yoga and strength moves you wish to combine. You will place them in the order you want to perform them during your workout. The counter at the bottom will let you know how long the routine you created is.
Select "Start." The machine will prompt you to turn on your balance board.
