Things You'll Need
Instructions
Download Wii Scrubber from GBATemp. GBATemp is host to several Wii-associated releases, including the newest updates of the Wii Scrubber software.
Extract the ZIP file folder onto your desktop for easy access. It will be labeled "Wii Scrubber," with the version number following it.
Double-click on the folder and find the small application that says "MakeKeyBin." Open this application.
Type in "42" in the box on the application and click "Generate." Now the Wii Scrubber software can properly run, because the "MakeKeyBin" application created two necessary files within the folder.
Open the "Wii Scrubber" software. A small window appears in the center of the screen.
Insert the Wii disc into your computer. Make sure you use a DVD drive and not a CD drive, as the CD drive will not read Wii discs.
Click on the "Load ISO" icon at the top of the software. Find the DVD drive using the explorer window. Click on the ISO file and press "OK." Wait a few moments for the application to read and load the file.
Determine whether the game used initials for labeling the disc. For example, "Disney/Pixar's Toy Story 3" video game will appear as "DPSTS3" in the labeling screen.
Repeat this process to recognize and read any other Wii discs.
