How to Connect With Friends Using the Wii Fit

Open the main Wii menu, select the Message Board icon at the bottom right of the screen. Choose "Create Message" from the bottom left side of the screen. Choose the "Address Book" on the bottom left, and find your 16-digit console number on the first page of the Address Book. Make a note of this number to share with friends.

Select "Register" from the right side of the screen and choose how you want to connect to friends: computer/phone or Wii. Enter your friend's email address or Wii console code.

Have your friend follow Steps 1 and 2 on his Wii to register you. Make sure your friend has your Wii console code to complete the registration.
