How to Set Up Wii Fit

Wii Fit is a game for the Nintendo Wii that uses full-body movements in a health-oriented atmosphere. The user creates a personalized fitness objective for an ideal weight to meet in a set time frame. Wii Fit provides weight charts, body-mass index analysis and digitalized fitness trainers for the user to accomplish her goal. She receives a Wii Fit age based on scores from a series of exercises that test flexibility, balance and strength as well as body-mass index and actual age. Activities with Wii Fit include yoga, balance games, strength training, boxing, meditation and jogging.
