How to Defeat Lego City in Lego Star Wars for the Wii

The "Star Wars" films are iconic, and Lego took the time to recreate each of them, humorously, in a game. One of the game modes players unlock late in "Lego Star Wars" is the Lego City mode, a mode in which you have free rein to explore and destroy a city made out of Lego bricks, using your favorite characters from the "Star Wars" universe. There is a goal, although that's not really a goal the game's makers explain when your characters are dropped into this fantastical city.

Instructions

  Begin the "Lego City" mode using the character of your choice.

  Destroy everything you see and are able to break. Use your character's powers, weapons and abilities to tear apart buildings, trees and even people. Many of these will drop studs.

  Collect studs. You need 1 million studs to complete the level.

  Find the colored bricks in the north corner of the city. Build these bricks, which will form the word "Lego." When built, the word will spout several studs for you to collect.

  Find the Wind Turbines in the eastern part of the city. Assemble them using the "Build" button to power the streetlights. Travel around the city streets looking for streetlights to break, which will now give you studs when destroyed.

  Build vehicles when the context-sensitive button appears over your character's head. When you see that icon, press and hold the "Build" button to assemble a vehicle.

  Jump into the vehicle and travel to new parts of the City map. Destroy more objects here and collect more studs. Repeat until you collect the studs needed to complete the level. This can be a time-consuming process.
