How to Unlock Tracks on M&M's Kart Racing for the Wii

M&M's Kart Racing is an arcade racing title for the Nintendo Wii. The game's family-oriented mechanics (which are similar to Mario Kart) allow you to enjoy this game without too much difficulty. You must compete against fellow M&Ms on 15 different tracks, each with different environmental attributes. The various game modes include "Quick Race," "Training" and "Arcade." Multiplayer action is also available. To unlock all of available tracks, you must compete within the game's main "Tournament" mode.

Instructions

  Launch M&M's Kart Racing from the Wii's main menu. Select "Start Game," followed by the "Tournament" option on the main screen.

  Select your difficulty level. The available options include "Easy," "Medium" and "Hard." The game's difficulty does not impact the amount of tracks that you can unlock, but a lower difficulty setting will make things easier.

  Select your preferred M&M racer from a list of five playable characters: Red, Blue, Yellow, Orange and Green. While these characters do not improve your chances of winning a race, they add variety and style to the game.

  Select your vehicle. Each available car has general statistics for its top speed, acceleration and handling. Use vehicles best suited for each track's design. An available car may possess poor handling but good speed, so use it on earlier tracks where not many corners are present.

  Finish each race in first place to unlock that particular track within all available racing modes. During each race, take advantage of the game's weaponry and aid kits. For example, homing missiles and oil buckets can help you stop other racers in their tracks.
