  Play a 11-point game against Lucia. To increase your chances of beat her, hold the 2 button on the Wii remote when the "Mii Character Selection" screen pops up.

  Avoid careless errors such as hitting the ball off of the table or hitting the net with the ball. Sometimes Lucia will make mistakes such as hitting the ball after one of your hits touches the net, however this is rare.

  Bring back your Wii remote to the central position after every shot. It is better to react quickly to Lucia's shots than to anticipate them.

  Play defensively by using a lot of spin control when she returns the ball and then smash the ball on the opposite side of her when the moment is right. Lucia is excellent at returning smashes, but if you play it right she won't have the time to hit the ball.

  Hit the ball early when Lucia serves. When you hit the ball early your Mii character is playing closer to the table. It is easier to score off of Lucia when you are close to the table rather than far away.
