How to Sync a Wireless Guitar With a Wii

Wii wireless guitars are used for your music games, such as "Rock Band" and "Guitar Hero." Unlike the PS3 and Xbox 360 guitars, which have built-in wireless technology, the Wii must utilize your Wii remote to connect to the system so you can play. Before you can play your music game, the remote needs to be synced to the system or the guitar will not work.

• Wii wireless guitar
• Wii remote with batteries installed

     Open the SD card cover on the Wii, and press the red "Sync" button.

     Open the Wii remote's battery cover and press the red "Sync" button. The syncing is successful when the red light stops blinking.

     Remove the cover from the front of the guitar and connect the Wii remote inside.
