How to Remove the Cover From a Nintendo Wii

Opening a Wii cover is helpful if you want to repair, maintain, clean or upgrade the system yourself. The Wii is a Nintendo video game console released in 2006. The distinguishing feature of the Wii is the wireless remote controller that detects movements in three dimensions. Nintendo discourages you from taking apart or modifying your Wii. Tri-wing screws and stickers provide obstacles to opening the Wii cover. Removal of the Wii cover may void your warranty.
