How to Connect a Nintendo DS to the Internet

The Nintendo DS is a hand-held video game system that relies on two screens. The bottom screen is a touch-screen on which you can select options and interact with games. The top screen, meanwhile, displays most of the gameplay. You can also play against other players over the Internet with the DS' Wi-Fi. In order to play online, the Wi-Fi must be turned on.

     Click the "Wrench" symbol at the DS' main menu.

     Move to the third page and click "Internet."

     Select "Connection Settings."

     Click the "None" box beside "Connection 1." Click "Search for an Access Point."

     Click on an Internet connection that you can connect to. If it is a secure connection, insert the password.
