Different Wii Packages

In 2006, Nintendo released the Wii and introduced motion gaming to the world. An incredibly high demand for the system led to a very low supply of stock in stores. Four years later the Wii is a bit easier to find on store shelves, and Nintendo has introduced several bundles over the years to give gamers more choice and variety.
  1. Wii White Bundle

    • The most basic Wii package comes with the system, one Wii Remote, one Nunchuk controller attachment and a copy of both "Wii Sports" and "Wii Sports Resort." The bundle also includes a white action jacket that fits around the Remote and protects it in case of accidental tossing or dropping. As of November 2010, this bundle retails for $199.99.

    Wii Black Bundle

    • This package is a variation of the basic white Wii package. The only difference is that the system included is black. It still includes one Wii Remote, one Nunchuk attachment and a copy of both "Wii Sports" and "Wii Sports Resort." The bundle also includes a black rubber action jacket to protect the Remote in case of accidental dropping or throwing. As of November 2010, this bundle sells for $199.99.

    Wii Red Bundle

    • This bundle comes with a special edition red Nintendo Wii system, one Wii Remote with Wii Motion Plus attachment, one Nunchuk controller attachment, a copy of "Wii Sports" and a copy of "New Super Mario Bros." The Remote for this bundle does not include an action jacket, but the Wii Motion Plus adapter is built into the Remote. As of November 2010, this bundle sells for $199.99.
