How to Uninstall Wii Crazy Intro

The Nintendo Wii home-brew application Crazy Intro, which boots from an SD card inserted into the console, allows you to customize the start-up video for your Wii console. A Wii running Crazy Intro will boot up with the video of the user's choice, instead of the default Nintendo health and safety message. As Crazy Intro does not modify your system memory, uninstalling the program from your console's start-up and SD memory is an easy process.

  Hold "Reset" on your Nintendo Wii. Press "Power" to turn on the system, and continue holding "Reset" until the boot menu is displayed.

  Scroll down to "Autoboot" and select "System Menu." Click "Ok."

  Press "Power" to turn off your Wii. Remove the SD card containing Crazy Intro from the slot on the top of the console.

  Insert the SD card into your computer's SD slot or reader. Navigate to the card in My Computer or Finder.

  Delete "Crazyintro.DOL" and the "Crazyintro" folder from your card and return the card to the SD slot of your Wii to complete the uninstallation of the software.
