How to Pair a Wii-Mote to a Phone

Connecting your Wii remote to your mobile phone allows you to do a few different things, including play your Wii using your phone and load your Mii (a digital avatar) to your cell phone. The connection is established through Bluetooth technology found on your phone and your Wii remote. The two devices are paired together and after the connection is established you can use the phone as allowed.

  Click "Menu" from your mobile phone.

  Click "Settings."

  Click "Bluetooth."

  Click "Search for New Devices."

  Press and hold the "1" button and "2" button on your Wii remote at the same time and point it at your cell phone. The "1" button is the circle button on the front of the remote and the "2" button is the trigger button on the back of the remote.

  Press and continue to hold until the phone shows the connection has been established between it and the Wii remote.
