Wii Cheats for Pixar Cars

Using cheats in the Nintendo Wii edition of "Cars" allows you to get content and abilities not initially available in the game. Some cheats have to be typed in as secret passwords. Others are attained by winning races or locating postcards. The cheats make it possible for a player to get everything "Cars" has to offer without spending time playing through every stage.

Items
- Click on Options, select Passwords, and type in your desired cheat code to get special hidden items. To unlock every car featured in the game, type in "YAYCARS." Type and enter "WATCHIT" to see all the videos associated with the film. Enter "CONC3PT" for art galleries based on the video game and the film.
Modes
- Some of the game modes are only available if you enter cheats for them at the Passwords menu. To unlock every race in the game, enter "MATTL66." For all of the race tracks and miniature game competitions type "IF900HP." To get two special contests called Mater's Speedy Circuit and Mater's Countdown Clean Up, enter "TRGTEXC."
Special Abilities
- Go to "Options" then the "Passwords" area to enter these codes. To go faster from the starting line with any car in the game, enter "IMSPEED." The boost ability gives you quick bursts of speed at any time of your choosing during a race. To get an infinite supply of boost, enter "VROOOOM."
Trophies
- The amount of trophies you unlock depends on what place you finish in. First place is worth five trophies, while second settles for three and third gets two. The "Lizzie's Postcard Hunt" stage has 20 postcards in it. If you find them all, you get 20 trophies at once.
