How to Transfer a Town to an SD Card for Animal Crossing City Folk

"Animal Crossing: City Folk" is a Wii game based on the "Animal Crossing" franchise made popular on the Nintendo Gamecube. The biggest feature in this installment is the ability to create a town for your character which you develop as you play through the game. The SD card is necessary if you want to play your town on a Wii other than your own.

     Open the Wii menu and click on "Wii Settings."

     Push "Data Management" and then click "Save Data." Select the "Wii" tab to see the saved data on your Wii.

     Click on the "Animal Crossing: City Folk" save data and select "Copy" then "Copy to SD Card." This should complete the transfer your entire town to the SD card.
