How to Connect a Wii With an HDTV Switch

Later versions of the Nintendo Wii, a video-game console for the Nintendo, support HDMI for HD output. If your television has a limited number of HDMI slots available, then you can hook up an HD switch to your system. This lets you switch between HDMI signals for electronic items such as your Wii, a Blu-ray player or a DVD player. By pressing a button on your switch, the signal switches on the television without any need to change the output on the television.
