How to Load a Preloader Menu for Wii

A preloader menu for the Nintendo Wii is an after-market modification that is done to the Wii to increase its usability. The preloader menu allows the gamer to adjust settings that a non-modified Wii user would not be able to, such as the presence of sound on the main menu and the ability to play games not from the region of the console. The preloader menu does not load every time you turn on the Wii, so sometimes a new user will forget or will have never learned how to use this useful tool.
