Things You'll Need
Instructions
Turn off the power on the Wii by pressing the "Power" button and holding it in for one second. Turn the console back on by pressing "Power" again. This should reset the system and fixes any errors involving power connection. Attempt to eject the game disc to see if you are successful.
Unplug the power cord from the Wii, if necessary. This resets the Wii console, the television connectors and the motion sensor bar. Plug the power cord into the outlet again and press the "Eject" button on the Wii console to see if your game disc will eject.
Look at the television screen to see if an error message appears indicating that the game disc will not eject. If you do not see an error message appearing, then it may be possible that your game console is defective. Also double check to see that you really have a game disc inside your console.
Contact Nintendo if all else fails. Give them the serial number on the back of your Nintendo Wii and they should be able to help you, either by sending in your console for repair or replacing the system if you still have warranty.
