How Do I Play Free Battle on Pokemon for Wii?

"Pokémon Battle Revolution" sports a "Free Battle" mode where players can tweak the monster fights to suit their specific style. This multiplayer mode gives the player total control of the rules for the match.

Starting the Game
- Choose "Free Battle" from the three battle options, and select either one or two player mode. Single player mode pits the user against the computer.
Features
- You will be given a random selection of Pokemon if you have not connected a Nintendo DS containing either "Pokemon Diamond" version or "Pokemon Pearl" version. The mode can be played online or offline with either friends or the computer.
Free Battle with Friends
- Enter the "Friend Codes" from people you like to play with into the Wii Address Book on the Wii main menu. This will give you the option to connect in Free Battle mode with specific friends over the internet. Set the level cap from the on screen options as either a single or doubles battle and begin the match.
