Things You'll Need
Instructions
Install your Wiikey by removing the screws of your Nintendo Wii case with your screwdriver. Open the case to expose the console's motherboard.
Apply solder to its solder pads at the back of your Wiikey, and position it over the top left side of your motherboard.
Touch your soldering iron to each of the soldering pads to connect your Wiikey to the motherboard. Plug in your Gecko adapter as well as the SD card into the memory card slot of your Wii. This will then prompt you to load the game disc.
Load whatever game disc you wish to rip or copy with your Wiikey. The Wiikey will then save the files on your SD card, but the card may be too small to fit the entire game. Remove your SD card and transfer its files to your computer once the Wiikey has dumped all the data the card can hold. Use your card reader to connect the SD card to your PC and transfer the files.
Delete the contents of the SD card after copying it to your PC and insert it back into the memory card slot. Continue to copy the game's data. You may need to do this for up to three times depending on the size of your SD card.
Combine the files into one folder on your PC and burn it using your computer's burning software program. Use a 4.7 GB DVD for burning and play it on your Wii as soon as it is done.
